Changed function get_tm_id in ccs_function_lib.py, SQL Query now attains pid_tpsd, pid_spid, pcf_name, pcf_descr, pcf_curtx, txp_from, txp_altxt, plf_offby.
Implemented new Treeview (in Tm SecondaryTable) in tm_management.py to show newly attained parameters.
