Adaptation to the INAF compiler setup

Replace memmove with memcpy in cmp_ent_get_cmp_data() function (data_buf and ent sho uldn't overlap now)
The stdio.h is removed when not needed
rename sync() functions (overlapping with RTEMS function)
replace struct xx ={0} with memset
