- Remove max_used_bits field for cmp_cfg struct
- Updated cmp_entity.c to replace the max_used_bits_version field with a reserved field
- Modified functions to set and get the reserved field instead of max_used_bits_version
- Remove CMP_ERROR_PAR_MAX_USED_BITS error from cmp_error_list.h
- Adjusted documentation to reflect the changes
