Resolve "Fix AMQP permissions"

Closes #218

• Modified the exchange permissions for each user to only access their own databases
• Removed logo from image (unrelated)
• Fixed the @Parameter annotation with the name, caused some issues when exporting Python client (unrelated, but was used to test the functionality in the .jupyter folder)
• Removed duplicate internal name in UI (unrelated)
• Enabled 2 default consumers per queue
