Closes #168
Mainly added a field created_by to all the following on who created them:
- Containers
- Databases
- Tables
- Columns
- Queries (=in the query store)
- Identifiers (=in the MDB)
- Creators
The frontend changes consist only of the form to insert the Creator information and to display them in the query page (once persisted)
