Refactoring docker-compose

The bug should now be fixed. I could verify a successful compilation and runtime execution on a more performant server. On my local laptop the discovery server somehow does not have enough CPU/RAM and throws a Socket Timeout.

It is way better now. Have you tried to just let the services run for e.g. hours? Because then I experienced exiting services I am trying to reproduce this...waiting

I haven't, but will do this now also on the institute server. I assume that the branch can be merged now ;-)
