Recent changes
Lots put into python scripts for efficiency and SLURM job submissions. Run now with whole month. Not much better.
Big sort out and lots of changes
Empirical localisation function (regression), everything put in normal python files to submit to cluster and job code.
Mostly adding plot notebooks
PAI_Not_Parallel now edited to calculate RH and optimise to this. Plots as well.
Condensed and commented code to check what is going wrong for the parallelisation.
PAI_Optimise_Loc is the most important file.
Close to being able to quickly optimise localisation parameters. Takes about 4 minutes per radiosonde.
With some error calculations included.
Minimal changes. All running smoother. Ready to go to bigger regions.
Parallel_Try2 is most up to date. One section to loop over observations and another to loop over GC parameters to get an optimum.
Most of the time spent looking at size of data set and numba. Will save a smaller set tomorrow to save time.
