This commit also moves sensors to a common package (hopefully)

Now Sensors holds the configuration for builtin sensors. Applications & Libraries can change 'builtin' i.e. add classes etc.

Now parsing client / libraries also makes use of modules.
Additionally, some classes have been moved to the correct package

This sensor allows packing of data when optional fields are present or data length is variable

A ReportConfig now exposes variables which are then rendered in CustomReportBuilder. Each of these variables has an associated type. As a consequence of this variables of ReportConfig do not have to be pre-populated with values in order to guess their type for rendering

Now the button can be used and displays a correct icon

Previously <Sensor>.getSensorTypeNames was used to add sensors for other types as well.
Only functional change is in `private void nonFirstClass(Sensor s)`

Now when building with -servers-only the apps are added to the servers
