No flux file for the second member with ENDA ERA5 data

I tried to retrieve ensemble ERA5 data for 2020/01/01. The control file that I used is attached. The Flexpart input files are correctly created for the first member (EN200101*.N000). But for the second member, I get an error :\

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] 
No such file or directory: ~/era5_compare/EXTRACTIONS_DEV/era5_20200101_ensembles/input/flux2020010100.N001`

Indeed, the flux2020010100.N001 file is not produced, as you can see in the attached listoffiles.txt which gives the list of the files in the processing directory when the error arises. You can also observe that strange flux files are produced (e.g. flux2018123118.N000).

The attached file submit_out.log show the entire output from the flex_extract process.

I'm using the dev branch of flex_extract.
